Dr. Pamela Aaron Joachim is a Graduate of Purdue University. She completed her chiropractic training at the National College in Chicago. Dr. Joachim has participated in post-Graduate seminars including fibromyalgia and sports injuries and is certified in impairment rating and whiplash/neck injuries. She has a wide variety of interests ranging from marathon running to competitive body building and crew.

Dr. George Joachim attended Ohio State University and completed his Doctoral work at the National College in Chicago. He completed his hospital rotation at Edgewater Medical Center in Chicago. Dr. Joachim is Board Certified in Rehabilitation. He is a past President of the Northeast Indiana Chiropractic Association. Dr Joachim has lectured nationally and internationally on the conservative treatments for low back and neck pain. He is part of the post graduate faculty at the National University of Health Science. His personal background involves a strong athletic career as a collegiate "Big 10" competitor, to more recently, a Bronze medal winning United States National Bobsled athlete.

Dr. Dustin Sherman graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Biology from Indiana Purdue Fort Wayne (IPFW). While there he played four years on one of the top Division I volleyball teams in the nation and was a founding member of the Wakeboard and Waterski team his 5th year. Dr. Sherman earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine from National University of Health Sciences in Chicago. He is certified in Kinesio Taping and is TMJ rehabilitation certified. Dr. Sherman is still active in several sports and is a classic car enthusiast.
